The Fishman-Davidson Center for Service and Operations Management will be holding a two day event to highlight current research and business trends associated with competitive strategies to meet the needs of the emerging service economy. The focus will be on identifying challenges and opportunities for the production and delivery of value producing services associated with manufactured products. The first day of the program will be an academic meeting dealing with current research issues. The second day will be an industry thought leader forum with senior management speakers who will highlight emerging business challenges.
