His clients range from securities firms and stock exchanges to detergent manufacturers, from small start-ups to multinational giants. Companies have worked with him in problem areas as different as the formulation of an online channel strategy in consumer packaged goods and air travel in the mid 1990s, the development of a pricing strategy for financial services, and the development of a strategy for business process outsourcing.
