TEFA Model Management Home Page

Welcome to the home page for the TEFA model management system. At present, there are two parts to TEFA: TEFA proper and the TEFA Browsing System. The TEFA Browsing System is what you are looking at. This system is a collection of WWW documents, many of them produced, or generated, by TEFA proper.

TEFA was produced over a number of years, and funded in large part by the U.S. Coast Guard's KSS project (Steven O. Kimbrough, Principal Investigator). The following people made important contributions:
